The Digital Media Craze was started in 2021 by Kierston Heins. With Kierston's dad owning his own business, she always saw the importance of having a social media presence. After college, she started running her dad's social profiles and building a following. She saw how hard it was for her dad to understand social media and the difficulty of finding an agency to run the profiles at a reasonable price. That's when The Digital Media Craze was created! The Digital Media Craze was created to give those small businesses the chance to have a successful social media presence at a reasonable price.
